Procession Held for Vista Grande Hotshot

California hotshot was killed fighting the Lolo Peak fire

 

MISSOULA (KTVQ) – A procession for Vista Grande Hotshot Brent Witham was held on Monday at 9 a.m. in Missoula.

The procession route began at the Garden City Funeral Home on West Broadway and proceeded to the Aerial Fire Depot at the Missoula International Airport.

The public was invited to line Broadway between Garden City Funeral Home and the Reserve Street overpass by 8:30 a.m.

Witham died on Aug. 2 while fighting the Lolo Peak Fire.  READ MORE
