Firefighter Dies Doing Support Work on California’s Stagecoach Fire

KERN COUNTY, California -A firefighter has died while he was assigned to the Stagecoach Fire, reported by the United States Department of Agriculture.

The firefighter was said to have died due to a medical emergency according to fire and agriculture officials.

23ABC News reports that Pete Hein has been identified as the firefighter who died.
