Voluntary Evacuations Near California Wildfire

Fire near Three Rivers has grown to 300 acres

 

 

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (Fresno Bee) – Authorities called for voluntary evacuations in Three Rivers Wednesday as the Dinley Fire grew to 300 acres in less than two hours.

As of 5 p.m., the fire was 10 percent contained, said Tulare County Fire Capt. Joe Rosa. The voluntary evacuation covers the Dinley Drive area, according to Cal Fire.

The Visalia Times-Delta reported that an evacuation center was set up at Community Presbyterian Church at 43410 Sierra Drive for the 30 to 40 residents affected.
