Quick containment and knockdown

EastCounty Today – On May 23, 2019 in the City of Antioch, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District firefighters responded to a report of a hill on fire on Via Dora Drive off Deerfield Drive. Firefighters were able to make quick knockdown on the fire and limit the spread of the fire to just around 1-acre.

The fire is currently under investigation and Antioch Police were called to the scene to provide traffic control.
